Basekick Labs was born from years of building and operating time-series infrastructure for demanding production environments. We've worked with companies like UPM, Softys, Sitrack, and Patient Safety to monitor fleets, factories, and connected devices at scale.

Through that experience, we learned what engineers really need: a time-series database that's fast, reliable, and simple to operate. Existing solutions were either too complex, too slow, or locked you into proprietary formats.

That's why we built Arc. It's a high-performance time-series database with 2.4M metrics/sec, 950K logs/sec, 940K traces/sec, and 940K events/sec ingestion. Built on DuckDB and Parquet, so your data remains open and accessible. Designed to run anywhere: from edge devices to cloud infrastructure.

Today, Basekick Labs is focused on making Arc the best time-series database for observability platforms, IoT systems, and real-time analytics. We believe in the power of open formats, transparent benchmarks, and building tools that engineers actually want to use.
